ให้รัฐวิสาหกิจจัดทำรายงานการดำเนินงานประจำปีตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ คนร. กำหนด และนำส่งให้แก่สำนักงาน พร้อมกับงบการเงินประจำปีและรายงานการสอบบัญชีของผู้สอบ บัญชีภายในหนึ่งร้อยห้าสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี ในการรายงานการดำเนินงานประจำปีตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้รัฐวิสาหกิจเปิดเผยสาระสำคัญของรายงาน ต่อสาธารณชนด้วย
