บรรดากฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ คำสั่ง หรือมติคณะรัฐมนตรีในเรื่องใดที่มีอยู่ ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ที่อ้างถึงคณะกรรมการนโยบายรัฐวิสาหกิจตามระเบียบ สำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีว่าด้วยการกำหนดนโยบายและกำกับดูแลรัฐวิสาหกิจ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ ให้ถือว่ากฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ คำสั่ง หรือมติคณะรัฐมนตรีในเรื่องนั้น อ้างถึง คนร. ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ เท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งต่อบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๖๗ ก หนา้ ๙๔
