ให้สำนักงานจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำปีเสนอคณะกรรมการและ รัฐมนตรีภายในหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี และเผยแพร่รายงานนี้ต่อสาธารณชน รายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำปีตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้แสดงรายละเอียดของงบการเงินที่ผู้สอบบัญชี ให้ความเห็นแล้ว พร้อมทั้งผลงานของสำนักงานและรายงานการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของสำนักงาน ในปีที่ล่วงมาแล้ว การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของสำนักงานตามวรรคสอง จะต้องดำเนินการโดยบุคคลภายนอก ที่ กบส. ให้ความเห็นชอบ
