Section ๒๓

คณะกรรมการกองทุนมีอำนาจหน้าที่ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) บริหารกองทุนให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์

(๒) พิจารณาอนุมัติโครงการหรือกิจกรรมทั้งของภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนและภาคชุมชนที่ขอรับ การอุดหนุนจากกองทุนให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายวัฒนธรรมของชาติในเรื่องการศึกษา วิจัย พัฒนา ฟื้นฟู อนุรักษ์ ส่งเสริม และเผยแพร่งานวัฒนธรรม

(๓) ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินโครงการ หรือกิจกรรมที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมหรือ สนับสนุนจากกองทุน เล่ม ๑๒๗ ตอนที่ ๖๙ ก

(๔) เสนอรายงานประจำปีเกี่ยวกับสถานะการเงินและการบริหารกองทุนต่อคณะกรรมการ

(๕) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่รัฐมนตรีหรือคณะกรรมการมอบหมาย เงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดของโครงการหรือกิจกรรมตาม

(๒) ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการ กองทุนกำหนด
