ให้บรรดาพระราชกฤษฎีกา กฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ หรือประกาศ ที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติวัฒนธรรมแห่งชาติ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ และพระราชบัญญัติสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการวัฒนธรรมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ใช้บังคับ ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่า จะได้มีกฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ หรือประกาศตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ออกใช้บังคับ
