ให้ผู้ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งในคณะกรรมการกองทุนส่งเสริมงานวัฒนธรรม ตามพระราชบัญญัติสำนักงานคณะกรรมการวัฒนธรรมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ อยู่ในวันที่ พระราชบัญญัตินี้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปจนกว่าจะมีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการ กองทุนส่งเสริมงานวัฒนธรรมตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่เกินเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ เล่ม ๑๒๗ ตอนที่ ๖๙ ก
