พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการปฏิบัติต่ออากาศยานที่กระทำผิดกฎหมาย พ.ศ. 2553 · 2553

เพื่อปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารมีอำนาจ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) สั่งให้อากาศยานบินตามเส้นทางบินที่กำหนดในแผนการบิน หรือบินไปยังเขตแดน หรือบินให้พ้นเขตห้าม เขตกำกัดการบินหรือเขตอันตราย หรือบินไปลงยังสนามบิน หรือที่ขึ้นลง ชั่วคราวของอากาศยาน หรือสั่งให้อากาศยานกระทำประการอื่นตามที่จำเป็น
(๒) สกัดกั้นอากาศยานตามมาตรา ๑๑
(๓) ทำลายอากาศยานจากภาคพื้นตามมาตรา ๑๓
