ค่าใช้จ่ายอันเกิดจากการสกัดกั้นหรือการปฏิบัติการเพื่อทำลายอากาศยาน จากภาคพื้น ได้แก่
(๑) การตรวจและพิสูจน์ฝ่าย
(๒) การสกัดกั้น
(๓) การเคลื่อนย้ายอากาศยาน เล่ม ๑๒๗ ตอนที่ ๗๒ ก
(๔) การเก็บรักษาอากาศยาน สิ่งของ และหลักฐาน
(๕) การใช้อาวุธเพื่อปฏิบัติการทำลายอากาศยาน
(๖) ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง การคำนวณค่าใช้จ่ายตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กำหนดใน กฎกระทรวง
