Section ๒๘
นอกจากการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามสัญญาจ้าง ผู้จัดการพ้นจากตำแหน่งเมื่อ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามสำหรับการเป็นผู้จัดการตามมาตรา ๒๖
(๔) คณะกรรมการมีมติเห็นสมควรให้เลิกจ้าง
