ภายในหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี ให้กองทุนทำรายงานประจำปี เสนอต่อคณะกรรมการเพื่อเสนอต่อคณะรัฐมนตรี สภาผู้แทนราษฎรและวุฒิสภา รายงานนี้ให้กล่าวถึงผลงาน ของกองทุนในปีที่ล่วงมาแล้ว งบการเงิน และรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชี พร้อมทั้งรายงานของคณะกรรมการ ประเมินผลตามมาตรา ๓๕
