ผู้รับบำนาญตามมาตรา ๔
(๒) หากมีความประสงค์จะกลับไปใช้สิทธิรับบำนาญ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ตามพระราชบัญญัติบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๔ และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ให้แสดง ความประสงค์ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้มีผลใช้บังคับจนถึงวันที่ ๓๐ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘
