สถาบันอาจกำหนดเงื่อนไขในสัญญาจ้างให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทดลองปฏิบัติงานเป็นเวลา ไม่เกินหนึ่งปีก็ได้ เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๑ ก ในกรณีที่สถาบันเห็นว่าผู้ปฏิบัติงานไม่ผ่านการประเมินผลการทดลองปฏิบัติงานและจะไม่จ้าง ผู้ปฏิบัติงานนั้น ให้สถาบันแจ้งผลการประเมินให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทราบและบอกเลิกสัญญาจ้างล่วงหน้าไม่ น้อยกว่าสิบห้าวัน
