พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ มกราคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓เป็นต้นไป เว้นแต่มาตรา ๓ มาตรา ๔ มาตรา ๕ มาตรา ๖ มาตรา ๗ มาตรา ๘มาตรา ๙ มาตรา ๑๐ และมาตรา ๑๑ ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
