ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้รวมธุรกิจ ต้องดำเนินการตามระยะเวลา และเงื่อนไขที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากคณะกรรมการ ในกรณีที่มีการฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจเพิกถอนคำสั่ง อนุญาตทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน โดยจะกำหนดระยะเวลาให้ปฏิบัติไว้ด้วยก็ได้
