ให้กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักรปรับปรุงแผนและแนวทาง ในการปฏิบัติงานและดำเนินการที่จัดทำขึ้นตามมาตรา ๗(๒) และแผนการดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๑๖
(๒) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ เฉพาะในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับ จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการบริหารและการพัฒนาตามมาตรา ๔
