ให้ ศอ.บต. จัดทำสรุปสถานการณ์ ปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการแก้ไขปัญหาใน จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เสนอต่อคณะรัฐมนตรีทุกหนึ่งปี และให้คณะรัฐมนตรีเสนอรัฐสภาเพื่อทราบ
