ในกรณีที่เห็นสมควร หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติจะมีคำสั่ง ให้เปลี่ยนแปลงองค์ประกอบของคณะกรรมการตามประกาศและคำสั่งของคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ตามมาตรา ๓ (๑) (๒) (๓) และ
(๕) หรือให้กรรมการหรือที่ปรึกษาในคณะกรรมการดังกล่าว พ้นจากตำแหน่งได้ตามความเหมาะสม
