ให้สถาบันจัดทำรายงานประจำปีเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการและคณะกรรมการนโยบาย เทคโนโลยีป้องกันประเทศ เพื่อเสนอรัฐมนตรีทุกสิ้นปีงบประมาณ โดยแสดงงบดุล บัญชีทำการ และบัญชีกำไรขาดทุนที่ผู้สอบบัญชีรับรองว่าถูกต้อง พร้อมทั้งรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชี รวมทั้งแสดงผลงาน ของสถาบันในปีที่ล่วงมาด้วย ให้รัฐมนตรีเสนอรายงานประจำปีตามวรรคหนึ่งต่อคณะรัฐมนตรี และให้คณะรัฐมนตรี เสนอรายงานนั้นต่อรัฐสภาเพื่อทราบ
