ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นต้องให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของสถาบันไปปฏิบัติงานเป็นการชั่วคราว ในกิจการที่สถาบันเข้าร่วมทุน ถือหุ้น เป็นหุ้นส่วนกับบุคคลอื่นหรือในกิจการของภาคเอกชน หากผู้อำนวยการพิจารณาเห็นว่าการให้ไปปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าวเป็นไปเพื่อประโยชน์และอยู่ภายใต้ วัตถุประสงค์ของสถาบัน ก็อาจพิจารณาส่งผู้ปฏิบัติงานของสถาบันไปปฏิบัติงานดังกล่าวได้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
