การเข้าชื่อเสนอข้อบัญญัติท้องถิ่นที่ยื่นต่อประธานสภาท้องถิ่นที่ได้ดำเนินการ ไปโดยชอบตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการเข้าชื่อเสนอข้อบัญญัติท้องถิ่น พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ และยังอยู่ใน เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๑๓ ก หนา้ ๑๗ ระหว่างการดำเนินการ ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับให้เป็นอันใช้ได้ และให้ดำเนินการต่อไป ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
