ให้คณะกรรมการตามมาตรา ๒๗ มีอำนาจสั่งเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนของ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจทวงถามหนี้ได้ เมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้ประกอบธุรกิจทวงถามหนี้
(๑) เคยถูกลงโทษปรับทางปกครองและถูกลงโทษซ้ำอีกจากการกระทำความผิดอย่างเดียวกัน
(๒) กระทำการอันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัติที่มีโทษทางอาญาตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
