ผู้ทวงถามหนี้มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์คำสั่งให้ชำระค่าปรับทางปกครองตามมาตรา ๓๔วรรคสอง หรือผู้ประกอบธุรกิจทวงถามหนี้มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์คำสั่งเพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนตามมาตรา ๓๗ต่อคณะกรรมการได้ ภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งคำสั่ง คณะกรรมการต้องวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์ตามวรรคหนึ่งให้แล้วเสร็จภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันได้รับอุทธรณ์ คำวินิจฉัยของคณะกรรมการให้เป็นที่สุด
