บุคคลใดจะประกอบธุรกิจทวงถามหนี้ ต้องจดทะเบียนการประกอบธุรกิจ ทวงถามหนี้ต่อนายทะเบียน ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง บุคคลซึ่งจดทะเบียนการประกอบธุรกิจทวงถามหนี้ตามวรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ต้องประกอบธุรกิจ ทวงถามหนี้ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด เล่ม ๑๓๒ ตอนที่ ๑๖ ก
