ให้คณะกรรมการสภาทนายความและสภานายกพิเศษรายงานการดำเนินการของตน ตามมาตรา ๖ให้คณะกรรมการเพื่อทราบเป็นประจำทุกสามเดือนนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้มีผลใช้บังคับ ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการพิจารณาเห็นว่าการดำเนินการของคณะกรรมการสภาทนายความ หรือสภานายกพิเศษตามมาตรา ๖ ไม่เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้คณะกรรมการแจ้งให้คณะกรรมการ สภาทนายความหรือสภานายกพิเศษเพื่อดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
