เมื่อคณะกรรมการบริหารการผังเมืองส่วนท้องถิ่นได้สั่งให้เจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครอง ดัดแปลง รื้อถอน หรือเคลื่อนย้ายอาคารตามมาตรา ๕๗ ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ดำเนินการจ่ายเงินค่าตอบแทนตามที่ คณะกรรมการบริหารการผังเมืองส่วนท้องถิ่นกำหนด บุคคลผู้มีสิทธิได้รับค่าตอบแทนซึ่งไม่เห็นด้วยกับ การกำหนดเงินค่าตอบแทนมีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ได้ตามมาตรา ๙๐ บุคคลผู้มีสิทธิได้รับค่าตอบแทนและวิธีการจ่ายเงินค่าตอบแทนการดัดแปลง รื้อถอน หรือ เคลื่อนย้ายอาคารให้เป็นไปตามที่อธิบดีกำหนด เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๗๑ ก หนา้ ๕๓
