เมื่อคณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติอนุมัติให้รวมทุนหมุนเวียนใด ให้มีผลเป็นการโอนทรัพย์สิน หนี้สิน ภาระผูกพัน สิทธิ หน้าที่ พนักงานและลูกจ้างของทุนหมุนเวียนเดิมไปเป็นของทุนหมุนเวียนที่คงอยู่ ภายหลังการรวมทุนหมุนเวียนหรือของทุนหมุนเวียนใหม่ เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่ทุนหมุนเวียนใดจัดตั้งขึ้น โดยกฎหมายเฉพาะ ให้ดำเนินการยกเลิกหรือแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมกฎหมายเพื่อรวมทุนหมุนเวียนนั้น
