ให้สถานที่ควบคุมจัดเตรียมให้เด็กและเยาวชนหญิงที่มีครรภ์ได้คลอดบุตรใน โรงพยาบาลหรือสถานพยาบาลนอกสถานที่ควบคุม ณ ท้องที่ที่สถานที่ควบคุมนั้นตั้งอยู่ เมื่อเด็กและเยาวชนหญิงคลอดบุตรแล้ว ให้เด็กและเยาวชนหญิงนั้นอยู่พักรักษาตัวต่อไป ภายหลังการคลอดได้ไม่เกินเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันคลอด ในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องพักรักษาตัวนานกว่านี้ ให้เสนอ ความเห็นของแพทย์เพื่อขออนุญาตต่อผู้อำนวยการ
