ให้สถานที่ควบคุมจัดให้เด็กและเยาวชนหญิงผู้ตั้งครรภ์หรือผู้ให้นมบุตรได้รับ คำแนะนำทางด้านสุขภาพและโภชนาการจากแพทย์ พยาบาล หรือเจ้าพนักงานพินิจซึ่งผ่านการฝึกอบรม เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๑๒ ก ด้านการพยาบาล และต้องจัดอาหารที่เพียงพอและในเวลาที่เหมาะสมให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชนหญิง ผู้ตั้งครรภ์ ทารก เด็กและมารดาผู้ให้นมบุตร และต้องไม่ขัดขวางเด็กและเยาวชนหญิงจากการให้นมบุตร เว้นแต่มีปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ
