บรรดารายได้และทรัพย์สินของสถาบันจะต้องจัดการเพื่อประโยชน์ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ของสถาบันตามมาตรา ๑๖ เงินและทรัพย์สินซึ่งมีผู้อุทิศให้แก่สถาบัน จะต้องจัดการตามเงื่อนไขที่ผู้ อุทิศได้กำหนดไว้ และจะต้องเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสถาบัน แต่ถ้ามีความจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว สถาบันต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้อุทิศให้หรือทายาท หากไม่มีทายาทหรือทายาทไม่ปรากฏจะต้อง ได้รับอนุมัติจากสภาสถาบัน
