ให้สภาสถาบันสรรหาบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๓๐ เสนอรัฐมนตรี แต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการสถาบันทั้งนี้ ให้คำนึงถึงการมีส่วนร่วมของคณาจารย์และ ข้าราชการของสถาบัน ให้สภาสถาบันแต่งตั้งรองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันและผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสถาบัน โดยคำแนะนำ ของผู้อำนวยการสถาบันจากครูหรือคณาจารย์ผู้มีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๓๐ เล่ม ๑๒๕ ตอนที่ ๔๓ ก หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการสรรหาบุคคลเพื่อแต่งตั้งให้เป็นผู้อำนวยการสถาบัน รองผู้อำนวยการ สถาบัน และผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการสถาบัน ให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของสถาบัน
