ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ คทช. คณะอนุกรรมการหรือ คณะทำงาน อาจเชิญบุคคลใดมาให้ข้อเท็จจริง ความเห็น หรือคำแนะนำทางวิชาการ หรือให้ส่งเอกสาร หรือหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร
