ระเบียบนี้เรียกว่า “ระเบียบที่ประชุมใหญ่ศาลฎีกาว่าด้วยการดำเนินการ กรณีบทบัญญัติ แห่งกฎหมายที่ศาลจะใช้บังคับแก่คดีหมดความจำเป็นหรือไม่สอดคล้องกับ สภาพการณ์หรือที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการดำรงชีวิตหรือการประกอบอาชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓”
