เมื่อได้ดำเนินการตามข้อ ๑แล้วให้คนต่างด้าวหลบหนีเข้าเมืองนำหลักฐาน ใบรับรองของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมหรือหลักฐานแสดงเหตุจำเป็นอื่นๆอันสมควร มาแสดงต่อ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ภายใน ๑๕วัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับจากสถานพยาบาล หรือเหตุอันจำเป็นอื่น ๆได้ สิ้นสุดลง
