หากคนต่างด้าวหลบหนีเข้าเมืองไม่ได้ดำเนินการภายในกำหนดระยะเวลา ตามข้อ ๑หรือข้อ ๒ให้การอนุญาตสิ้นสุดลงนับตั้งแต่ครบกำหนดระยะเวลาตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน ใบอนุญาตทำงานและจะถูกส่งตัวออกนอกราชอาณาจักร
