ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ยึดหรืออายัดยาเสพติดให้โทษหรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ที่เหลือ ของผู้ถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตไว้ ณ สถานที่ทำการของผู้รับอนุญาต หรือเก็บรักษาไว้ที่สำนักงาน อย. กระทรวงสาธารณสุข หรือในกรณีจำเป็นจะเก็บรักษาไว้ในที่อื่นซึ่งมีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยตามที่กระทรวง สาธารณสุขกำหนดก็ได้ เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๔๗ ก
