Preamble

ประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เรื่อง กำหนดเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐผู้มีอำนาจปรับเป็นพินัยตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยเครื่องมือแพทย์และกฎหมายว่าด้วยเครื่องสำอาง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐผู้มีอำนาจปรับเป็นพินัยตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยเครื่องมือแพทย์และกฎหมายว่าด้วยเครื่องสำอาง สำหรับความผิดอาญาที่มีโทษปรับสถานเดียว ซึ่งเป็นความผิดทางพินัย เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการปรับเป็นพินัย พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๔วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการปรับ เป็นพินัยพ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จึงออกประกาศไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
