ในกรณีที่อธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์หรือผู้ซึ่งอธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์มอบหมาย มีคำสั่งให้ ปฏิบัติงานในรูปแบบชุดเฉพาะกิจในเขตพื้นที่ใดให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งระดับชำนาญการ ขึ้นไปหรือเทียบเท่า ตามข้อ ๑(๘) - (๑๑)มีอำนาจปรับเป็นพินัยในความผิดดังกล่าวภายในเขตพื้นที่ ที่มีการปฏิบัติงานเฉพาะกิจนั้นด้วย
