ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งระดับชำนาญการขึ้นไปหรือเทียบเท่า ตามข้อ ๕(๕) (ง) (จ)
(ฉ) ซึ่งปฏิบัติงานประจำศูนย์บริหารจัดการด่านตรวจสัตว์น้ำเขต และด่านตรวจ สัตว์น้ำ และตามข้อ ๕(๖) และ(๗) มีอำนาจปรับเป็นพินัยในความผิดดังกล่าว ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับ อาหารสัตว์น้ำ ภายในเขตพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
