ให้คณะกรรมการสถาบันการเงินประชาชนจัดให้มีการประชุมสมาชิกเป็น การประชุมใหญ่สามัญ ปีละหนึ่งครั้งภายในหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีทางบัญชีของสถาบันการเงิน ประชาชนนั้น การประชุมใหญ่คราวอื่นให้เรียกว่า ประชุมใหญ่วิสามัญ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๕๖ ก หนา้ ๕๖
