ในอารัมมณาธิปตนิทเทส พระองค์ทรงแสดงกุศลที่นับเนื่องในภูมิ ๔ ด้วยอำนาจพระเสขะและปุถุชน. ในสหชาตาธิปตินิทเทสก็เหมือนกัน.
พระอรหันต์ย่อมไม่มีการทำให้หนักในโลกิยกุศลทั้งหลาย เพราะได้บรรลุธรรมชั้นสูงสุดแล้ว เพราะฉะนั้น จึงทรงแสดงไว้เฉพาะอรหัตมรรคเท่านั้น.
