จตุพฺภิ อฏฺฐชฺฌคมา อฏฺฐาภิปิ จ โสฬส โสฬสาภิ จ พตฺตึส อตฺริจฺฉํ จกฺกมาสโท อิจฺฉาหตสฺส โปสสฺส จกฺกํ ภมติ มตฺถเกติ ฯ มิตฺตวินฺทชาตกํ จตุตฺถํ ฯ ---------
ผู้มีความปรารถนาจัด มี ๔ ก็ต้องการ ๘ มี ๘ ก็ต้องการ ๑๖ มี ๑๖ ก็ต้อง การ ๓๒ บัดนี้ มาได้รับกงจักรกรด กงจักรกรดพัดอยู่เหนือศีรษะ ของคนผู้ลุอำนาจความปรารถนา. จบ มิตตวินทชาดกที่ ๔.
ท่านเมื่อมีความปรารถนามากเกินไป ได้ครอบครองนารี ๔ นาง ไม่พอใจนางทั้ง ๔ ได้ครอบครองนารี ๘ นาง ไม่พอใจนางทั้ง ๘ ได้ครอบครองนารี ๑๖ นาง ไม่พอใจนางทั้ง ๑๖ ได้ครอบครองนารี ๓๒ นาง ไม่พอใจนางทั้ง ๓๒ จึงได้ประสบจักร จักรจึงพัดผันอยู่ที่ศีรษะของท่าน ผู้ถูกความปรารถนามากเกินไปขจัดแล้วมิตตวินทชาดกที่ ๔ จบ
