เมื่อคดีสองเรื่องหรือกว่านั้นขึ้นไปได้พิจารณารวมกันเพื่อสะดวกแก่การพิจารณา ศาลจะพิพากษาคดีเหล่านั้นเรื่องใดเรื่องหนึ่งซึ่งเสร็จการพิจารณาแล้วจึงพิพากษาเรื่องอื่นๆต่อไปภายหลังก็ได้
