ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้ พนักงาน มีหน้ ที่จ่ายทรัพย์ จ่ายทรัพย์ั้นเกินกว่าที่ ควรจ่ายเพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่ สองพันบาทถึงสองหมื่นบาท
