ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงานมีหน้าที่จัดการหรือดูแลกิจการใดเข้ามีส่วนได้ ๒๕๐๒ ๒๕๐๒ ๒๕๐๒ ๒๕๐๒ ๒๕๐๒ ๒๕๐๒ เสียเพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น เนื่องด้วยกิจการนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบ ปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองพันบาทถึงสองหมื่นบาท
