ผู้ใดใช้หรือมีไว้เพื่อใช้ซึ่งเครื่องชั่ง เครื่องตวง หรือเครื่องวัดที่ผิดอัตรา เพื่อเอาเปรียบในการค้า หรือมีเครื่องเช่นว่านั้นไว้เพื่อขาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับ ไม่เกินหกพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
