ผู้ใดนำเข้าในราชอาณาจักรจำหน่ายหรือเสนอจำหน่าย ซึ่งสินค้าอัน เป็นสินค้าที่มีชื่อ รูป รอยประดิษฐ์หรือข้อความใด ๆดังบัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๒๗๒(๑) หรือสินค้าอัน เป็สินค้าที่ีเครื่องหมายการค้าปลอมหรือเลียนเครื่องหมายการค้าของผู้อื่นตามความในมาตรา ๒๗๓หรือมาตรา ๒๗๔ต้องระวางโทษดังที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรานั้น ๆ
