Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedที่ดินของรัฐซึ่งมิได้มีบุคคลใดมี การจัดหา สิทธิครอบครองและมิใช่สาธารณสมบัติของแผ่นดิน ผลประโยชน์ อันราษฎรใช้ประโยชน์ร่วมกันนั้นให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจ ในที่ดินของรัฐ จัดหาผลประโยชน์ในการจัดหาผลประโยชน์ให้ รวมถึงจัดทำให้ที่ดินใช้ประโยชน์ได้ซื้อขายแลกเปลี่ยน ให้เช่า และให้เช่าซื้อ หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการจัดหาผลประโยชน์ให้ หลักเกณฑ์ กำหนดโดยกฎกระทรวง* แต่สำหรับการขายการ แลกเปลี่ยน และการให้เช่าซื้อที่ดินต้องได้รับอนุมัติ จากรัฐมนตรี การดำเนินการจัดหาผลประโยชน์ตามความ ข้อคำนึงถึง ในมาตรานี้ให้คำนึงถึงการที่จะสงวนที่ดินไว้ให้อนุชน อนาคต รุ่นหลังด้วย
