Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedภายใต้บังคับกฎหมายว่าด้วยการ การหวงห้ามที่ดิน เหมืองแร่และการป่าไม้ที่ดินของรัฐนั้นถ้ามิได้มีสิทธิ ครอบครอง หรือมิได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ แล้วห้ามมิให้บุคคลใด (๑)เข้าไปยึดถือครอบครองรวมตลอดถึงการ ก่นสร้างหรือเผาป่า (๒)ทำด้วยประการใดให้เป็นการทำลายหรือ ข้อห้ามกระทำ ทำให้เสื่อมสภาพที่ดิน ที่หิน ที่กรวด หรือที่ทราย ใน บริเวณที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศหวงห้าม ในราชกิจจา นุเบกษาหรือ (๓)ทำสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดอันเป็นอันตรายแก่ ทรัพยากรในที่ดิน
