ผู้ใดไม่นำพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ - ไม่นำ/ไม่ปฏิบัติ ทำการสำรวจรังวัดทำแผนที่หรือพิสูจน์สอบสวนการ ทำประโยชน์ในที่ดินของตนหรือไม่ตั้งตัวแทนเพื่อ การดังกล่าวตามมาตรา ๕๘หรือมาตรา ๖๙หรือผู้ใด ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๖หรือมาตรา ๗๐ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าร้อยบาท ๘๘ ๘๙ ลงวันที่๒๙กุมภาพันธ์พุทธศักราช๒๕๑๕ ๘๘
