นิติบุคคลใด
(๑) ได้มาซึ่งที่ดินเป็นการฝ่าฝืนบทแห่ง นิติบุคคล ประมวลกฎหมายนี้ (๒)ใช้ที่ดินนั้นเพื่อกิจการอื่นนอกจากที่ได้รับ อนุญาต ๙๒ ๒๙กุมภาพันธ์พุทธศักราช๒๕๑๕ ๙๓ (๓)ใช้ที่ดินผิดเงื่อนไขที่คณะรัฐมนตรีกำหนด ตามความในมาตรา ๙๙ประกอบด้วยมาตรา ๘๗วรรคสอง (๔)ไม่แจ้งการไม่ใช้ที่ดินตามความในมาตรา ๙๙ประกอบด้วยมาตรา ๘๙หรือ (๕)๙๔ (ยกเลิก) มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท
